3 tips to Hydrate

You know staying hydrated is important for your health, but it can be challenging to drink enough water throughout the day. Here are three tips to help you hydrate well:

  1. Drink Half Your Body Weight in Ounces: For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, aim to drink 75 ounces of water daily. This may sound like a lot, but it can be easily achieved by carrying a water bottle with you and sipping on it throughout the day.

  2. Start Your Day with a Big Gulp: Drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning: before coffee, tea or anything else. Refresh yourself on a cellular level.

  3. Stash Water Bottles: Have water available wherever you go. Keep water handy in the car, at work, at your bedside, and be sure to have water with your meals.




Make drinking enough water a habit. You may not notice anything right away, but your body, skin, digestion, metabolism and energy levels all stand to benefit.
